Attorney Peter A. Hahn represents parents, children, and people with disabilities in a range of matters, from special education and student discipline to delinquency and criminal matters to DCF investigations and appeals.  He is based in Newton and works with families all across Massachusetts.

Attorney Hahn is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, including as past Chair of the Juvenile and Child Welfare Section Council.  He regularly speaks at seminars and conferences on issues related to education and the justice system, including for the Asperger’s Association of New England, the Mental Health Legal Advisors' Committee, the Federation for Children with Special Needs, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education, the Massachusetts Bar Association, Lorman Education, and the National Business Institute.

In the past Attorney Hahn served as a judicial law clerk in the Massachusetts Juvenile Court and as a science teacher before becoming a lawyer.

He received his law degree cum laude from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. cum laude from Harvard College.
